Terms of Use

Effective August 4, 2026

Blueprint is provided by Austin Christian University (“ACU”) to support its student development program. By signing in, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and accounts

Blueprint is available only to people with an active ACU account. You sign in with your university Microsoft account, and only members of the university’s Microsoft tenant can do so. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your university sign-in credentials secure. Do not share your account or sign in on behalf of another person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit information you know to be false, including participation, hours, or credentials you did not earn
  • Access or attempt to access records belonging to other users beyond what your role permits
  • Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, or that violates the rights or privacy of others
  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or the systems it runs on
  • Use the app in a way that violates ACU policy or the student handbook

Submissions are subject to review and approval by student officers and staff. Falsified submissions may be rejected, reversed, and referred under the university’s student conduct process.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You can report content or another user from the company roster in the app, or email us at the address below. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and deactivating accounts — within 24 hours of receipt. You can also block another user, which hides them from your view of the roster.

Your content

You retain ownership of the descriptions, photos, and other content you submit. You grant ACU permission to store, display, and use that content within Blueprint for the purpose of operating the program. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

In-app assistant

Blueprint includes an assistant that generates responses automatically. Its answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are not official university guidance. Confirm anything consequential — academic requirements, deadlines, standing — with university staff.

Scores and standings

Scores, points, and standings are calculated from recorded participation and academic data. They may be recalculated, corrected, or adjusted as records are updated or errors are found. The university’s official academic and program records govern in the event of a discrepancy with what the app displays.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Blueprint, and may deactivate accounts when a person is no longer enrolled or employed, or in response to a violation of these terms. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Blueprint is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Privacy

Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
